Q1. What are text or media entries?

A1. Text entries contain only text while media entries let you attach images or video clips to the text using MMS.

Q2 What are My Diary entries?

A2. By default, when you don't specify any topic code, all your entries are displayed in My Diary in your blog.

Readers can browse through your My Diary blog entries in chronological order as they navigate through these entries using the calendar.

Q3 What are Topics?

A3. Topics allow you to group your entries. When you create a text or media entry, you can assign it to a particular topic code. Readers can then view your entries either by topic, or view all of them through My Diary. It's a 2-in-1 update!

Q4. How do I create a text entry to My Diary?

A4 Example:

Step 1:      Compose your blog entry in the following format:

GLOO BLOG<space><message>

Step 2: Send it to 2948

By default, your entry will appear in My Diary under the date which you have made this entry.

Also, please note that you will have to limit your message to 160 characters. To send a text-only entry exceeding 160 characters, you have to send a text-only MMS to 2948.

Q5 How do I create a text entry to a selected topic and My Diary?

Example:

Step 1:      Compose your blog entry in the following format:

GLOO BLOG<space><message>

Step 2: Send it to 2948

Your entry will then appear in the topic which you have identified using the topic code and in My Diary.

Also, please note that you will have to limit your message to 160 characters. To send a text-only entry exceeding 160 characters, you have to send a text-only MMS to 2948.
